For every referral you share that signs a new energy contract through us, you will earn a referral reward.

Why become a partner

We want to give our customers an opportunity to earn extra revenue and we know that word of mouth is a powerful tool.

By simply referring a business to us, you can earn a referral reward.

As your trusted energy partner we can then become an extra service you can recommend outside of your typical business offering. You’ll be providing your customers with even more which can contribute to customer retention, satisfaction, and of course, business growth.

How it works

Step 1

Submit your interest by completing our Partnership Agreement.

Step 2

Once your application has been checked, you’ll receive your welcome email and access your portal where you’ll find your referral form.

Step 3

Every time you have a business to refer to us, complete the form found in your portal, we’ll verify their details and begin searching the market for their energy contract.

Step 4

Once we’ve presented the new contract and it’s been agreed and the new proposed supplier contract signed through us, all the details will be passed over to the supplier.

Step 5

The new contract
successfully begins with the new supplier and the referral fee will be paid to you within 60 days of supplier confirmation.

Being a valued partner you will be given access to your own portal. Within this area you will find your all-important referral form to complete with the details of your referrals, but also supporting marketing materials to help promote us to your business customers.

Reap the Rewards!

As a partner you will earn a referral reward for any referred customers that sign and
have a successful energy contract through us.

The referral reward is calculated on the customer’s meter (gas or electricity) and the
reward amount is based on each meter’s annual energy usage (kWh per annum)
which is shown in the table below. The referral reward is payable within 60 days, once a contract has gone “live” with the chosen supplier.

The gift that keeps on giving

That’s right, you can continue to earn rewards off the same referral.

When a customer’s Lumina Energy Supplier contract finishes, we will stay in contact to discuss future contract options for their gas, electricity, and water. If they decide to work with us again, this is classified as a ‘Renewal’. As a Partner you will continue to get paid a referral reward for any renewals provided the Partnership agreement remains in place (see Terms and Conditions within the Partnership Agreement for more details).
