Eamon was involved in launching Lumina back in 2012 and since then has progressed to become the Commercial Manager of the business.

Having vast experience in energy procurement and customer services to a wide range of customers, including public sector, SME and larger I&C businesses, he is a valued member of the Lumina team to take us forward on our growing journey.

Eamon has two young children who keep him busy and is also a keen sports fan with an MSc in Sport & Exercise Psychology. He lived in Portsmouth for a number of years, becoming a Pompey fan; his most memorable game was a 7-4 win against Reading, still a record highest scoring game in the Premier League!

Matt joined Lumina initially as an Energy Consultant having come from an experienced sales background. He has specialised in managing corporate clients and charitable organisations as Lumina’s Senior Consultant.

Since late 2016 Matt has worked in management roles supporting the growth of the business as well as evolving our products and services.
He is now Lumina’s Business Manager responsible for Sales and Operations.

Matt enjoys spending time with his young family and also holds an interest in a variety of sports.
When not at football with his son or ballet with daughter, he is a keen golfer who supports a local society with organising golf days and yearly competitions.

Marianne has worked within the Commercial Services Group since 2014 starting in finance and transferred to Lumina Energy in 2016 as our Sales Support Administrator.

She takes care of the ‘behind the scenes’ processes for our team including sales process, supplier information and more.
Marianne is a widow with two cats and a very proud grandmother and has two adorable great grandchildren too. Her passion is to travel and see as much of the world as possible.

Libby joins our team after a 9 months back packing adventure where she explored eight South East Asian countries. During this time, Libby completed her PADI Advanced Open Water Diver license and volunteered at a cat rescue for 5 weeks.

We’re thrilled to have Libby as our Energy & Carbon Administrator. She looks after all our processes and structures to ensure every customer is taken care of as well as ensuring all our data and figures are kept together.

In her spare time she enjoys going on runs, visiting new places and spending time with family and friends.

Genius joined Lumina in January 2023 after working in finance and business roles in the financial services and social care industries.

He has experience of transactional finance developed at national and global organisations. As a Payments Analyst, he supports the accounting team with revenue collection and allocation of payments and contributes to the integrity of the company’s financial reporting.

Genius holds accounting and finance degrees from the University of Derby and Canterbury Christ Church University. His interests outside of work include chess, football and literature. He has lived most of his life in the UK in Maidstone, Kent, and is very proud to be part of the county.

Ashley joined Lumina back in 2014 – he is our longest serving employee in the business and with that brings a wealth of experience and expertise helping small, medium and large organisations with their energy, water, and carbon reduction challenges’.

In his role as Account Manager for Lumina he also works closely with our sister company LASER Energy, who has a 30+ year history in energy management and procurement for the public sector.

He has a three-year-old daughter who keep him busy when not working and he supports Manchester United, which also keeps him on his toes. Ashley is also currently training for the London Half Marathon in April 2023.

Kevin joined Lumina in November 2021 as a Sales Team Leader having worked in sales for over 10 Years.

He coaches the team to achieve the best possible solutions for our customers and takes customers utility usage and spend very seriously. He is very passionate about helping the team succeed.

Kevin also coaches his sons football team at the weekend and has lived in Kent his whole life.

David joins us with 10 years experience in the Energy Industry focusing on energy procurement and account management.

He is one of our Account Managers and is responsible for ensuring our customers are looked after, helped with their energy challenges and supported on their energy journey.

He has a 10-year-old son, is a massive Sunderland supporter and enjoys playing golf.

Simon joined our team as an Account Manager in May 2023.
Although new to Lumina he has worked in the energy industry since 2016 performing a similar role managing accounts for customers right from the initial phone call through to their evolving needs. He prides himself on the fact some of his first clients still work with him to this day.

During the last 7 years he has managed accounts from all ends of the spectrum from SME to large corporate users and picked up a lot of knowledge along the way.
Although still relatively early days at Lumina he is excited to be part of the team and feel the move will only benefit his existing and new clients.

Outside of work he has 3 children who keep him on his toes. When they aren’t giving him the run around he enjoys playing darts or pool and is a huge Newcastle fan.

Holly joined the Lumina team in 2018 and brings a lot of experience to her role. She’s worked in sales all her career and prior to joining us, in the electrical trade too.

At Lumina, Holly works with mostly larger corporates and charity businesses ensuring we are delivering the best procurement strategies and accountant management for their growing needs and challenges that they face.

Holly spends most of her free time with her family and she is a BIG Formula One fan.

Sally joined Lumina in Nov 2021 as our Energy Consultant. She loves helping SME businesses with all aspects of their energy needs.

Sally has had various roles in the energy sector over the last 9 years which has also meant she has worked all over the UK, building relationships and knowledge along the way.

She has four grown up daughters and two grandsons who help to keep her on her toes. When not working she loves to travel and has even worked in America and Ireland during her adventures.

During the lockdowns of 2020 and 2021, Sally discovered she enjoys camping and the freedom to travel around in her campervan. She now lives by the sea full time in her home where a peacock or squirrel can often be her neighbours.

Ayo joins us from a career in sales and finance. He focuses on our small and medium size business customers.

Joining us in 2024, Ayo enjoys playing football and going to the gym in his spare time, he supports Manchester United and enjoys getting stuck in with the football chat in the office. He has also crowned himself our funniest team member – we like to agree.

Jo joined lumina in early 2022 having worked in customer service and management roles for the past 15 years.

She has first-hand experience of the pressures of running a business and as a sales team leader she supports the team in their roles and assists them in becoming the best in their field.

In her spare time Jo is studying for an Open University Degree in Business Management which further develops her knowledge of the business world. Currently living in Tunbridge Wells and having grown up and worked in Kent she feels a strong connection to the county.

Matt has worked for Lumina since 2014 and as one of our Account Managers specialises in energy procurement for the education sector and corporate businesses.

He and his partner have 2 young children, he loves travelling to different countries around the world and is a Certified PADI scuba diver.

Ian joined Lumina back in April 2016 as Energy Consultant after working in the insurance sector for 26 years.

As Senior Energy Consultant, Ian has vast experience in helping small, medium and large businesses on their various energy and account management needs. Ian prides himself on putting his customers first and using his experience to help solve their energy challenges.

Ian has been married for 22 years, has three children and two grandchildren to keep him busy outside of work. He’s a family man so loves spending time with them. He also likes football, motor racing, music and playing snooker.

Roshan joins us to help our small and medium sized business customers. He has worked in sales for 4+ years and joined our team in 2023.

Outside of work he likes to do boxing and exercising. He’s also a West Ham United fan.
