💼 What I Do
I’m responsible for making sure our systems work effectively, from the CRM platform we use daily to the internal tools that help us deliver exceptional service. I also manage data reporting for various stakeholders, covering areas such as customer tender analysis, management pipeline reporting, finance positions, and marketing insights.

🏢 Who I Work With
Although I don’t often speak to customers directly, my work supports businesses with large-consuming meters, multi-site portfolios, and environmentally conscious initiatives – helping them make informed energy decisions through tenders and Carbon Reduction Plans.

🎉 A Proud Moment
I developed a Carbon Reduction Plan template, enabling us to create professional, customer-specific reports using government carbon emission factors. Knowing that my work helps businesses reduce their carbon footprint while saving money is something I’m truly proud of!

🐱 Fun Fact About Me
My girlfriend and I brought our cat, Nene, to the UK all the way from Chile! He’s now visited three countries across two continents – a well-travelled feline!
