As an Account Manager, my role is all about looking after businesses’ energy needs, ensuring they get the best support, advice, and cost-saving opportunities. I don’t just find the best prices – I actively look for extra ways to help businesses reduce their energy costs and improve efficiency.

🏢 Who I Work With
I work closely with care homes and football clubs, helping them navigate their energy contracts while keeping their operational costs down.

🎉 A Proud Moment
A customer once came to me with an invoice stating they owed £7,000. After some back and forth and a formal complaint to the supplier, I successfully got them a £3,000 refund instead – a big win for the customer and a great example of why transparency and persistence matter!

Outside of work, I’m a goalkeeper for a local Saturday side – diving for saves on the pitch!
